Frequently Asked Questions

We are located at 100 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, just across the Yarra River from Flinders St Station. We have our own car park and there are also multiple public transport options for getting here.

Arts Centre Melbourne's car park is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We offer both casual and permanent parking options, and have a range of flat rates including Early Bird options and Accessible Parking. Valet parking is not currently available

Entry is via Kavanagh Street only.

Tours can be booked online, through our contact centre on 1300 182 183 or directly at our Box Office. 
Our Theatres and Exhibitions (front of house) tours are wheelchair accessible, and we can offer the portable audio loop to assist with hearing needs. Auslan Interpreters can also be arranged if requested far enough in advance. Our Backstage Tour meanders through some tricky parts of our building, which unfortunately means it is not accessible to wheelchairs. There are no age restrictions on the Theatres & Exhibitions (front of house) Tours, but our Backstage Tours do have a minimum age requirement of 12-years-old. All minors 15 and under on any of our tours must be accompanied by an adult.
