Barbara Catania (nee Maynard) is a proud Barkindji/Ngiyampaa artist who paints unique contemporary Aboriginal art. As part of her cultural heritage she uses a lot of line work as indicative of her Barkindji background.

The artwork is hand painted on wood giving them a 3d effect with custom made frames. The symbols on the indigenous animal and fish paintings depicts our Dreamtime stories about land, water, animals and plants.
